The Challenge

I worked on a rebrand for a U.S. federal cybersecurity organization that wanted to modernize its visual identity to support recruitment, education, and engagement. The goal was to create a digital-first system that clearly communicated a complex mission while appealing to top cyber talent.

Making Government Tech Look Modern and Appealing

The existing parent agency brand lacked cohesion across platforms and did not reflect the sophistication of the organization’s work. An outdated brand gives people the impression of outdated technology. We created a modular identity system inspired by digital infrastructure, using motion, pixels, and structured layouts to reflect how cybersecurity operates behind the scenes.

Marketing That Meets Candidates Where They Are

The logo and identity were designed as part of a larger system rather than standalone assets, ensuring cohesion across static and motion-based applications. I extended the brand across conference and marketing materials to create a consistent presence across all recruitment touchpoints. From digital campaigns to onboarding materials, the system was structured to support fast execution without sacrificing quality.
