Neon-inspired Design Built for Personality, Consistency, and Scale

Inspired by Austin’s music scene, nightlife, and street art, this project centered on designing a bold visual system for a government recruitment event. As lead designer, I created a full set of icons, type styles, and editable neon graphic assets so the broader team could easily maintain consistency across layouts. The system balanced personality with structure, allowing for flexibility without losing cohesion.
